People did some mistakes like their some senstive data remains in the phone , even after  Factory Reset by using strong software .

So ,

 First of all you have to encrypt your phone , if your phone have version of 5.0 . If your phone is above this then it is already encrypted .

 One thing more when you do factory reset to your phone,after that setup it like language , country etc . But don't login your Google account.

Now start video recording in your phone in its higher resolution ( anything you can record or start video recording and keep it at one place ) and try to fill all the space in the phone .

 Actually it is caller overwriting means in memory of your phone whatever you make video it gets overwrited over the previous 

memory.Now delete everything again.

After doing all the steps no one cam recover your data at any cost .

SUMMARY-

1) Factory reset your phone 

2) Do all the set up except Google login.

3) Fill your phone memory by recording video in high resolution.

4) Delete everything.
