Fast charging harms battery life

Do fast charging in mobile phones really reduces battery life ?

Actually not .

Reason :  As long as there are some technical faults in your battery or charger, fast charging will not damage your battery life. But, in some cases due to the phone being too hot, it can reduce your phone's battery life.

But ,

If you do not follow the rules, it may harm your battery life.

1)   Do not allow the battery to be 0%             (charge it before 30%).

2)    Do not charge when your phone               temperature is high.

3)    Remove the cover / case while                    charging.

4)     Do not use the phone while                        charging.

5)     Do not do heavy work when the               battery is below 30% (eg gaming,            4K recording etc.).
