How To Print any Documents From Mobile ?

Do you know you can print and scan any documents of photos from your phone .You don't need any laptop or PC for that .You just only need a wireless connectivity printer which you can connect to your phone through Bluetooth.

Let's come back to the topic .

Before telling you all the steps I would like to tell you that I have Canon printer so I will tell accordingly to that . If you have other printer there is no much difference .

You can follow the same steps.

STEPS TO CONNECT PRINTER AND PHONE : 

STEP 1 : Download the app of the brand that printer you have ,no matter whatever is the model . Now I have Canon printer so I will download canon printer app.

STEP 2 : Setup the app and give all the permission to it . Now switch on the printer and Click on search option from the app.

STEP 3: After  the search completed ,you will see the model of your printer in the app , click on the model your printer will get connected to app .

Now our printer is ready to use .

STEPS TO PRINT DOCUMENT :

STEP 1 : Click on the print document option from the app , then select the location of document and choose the document .

STEP 2 : After selecting document , you will see options to print  all pages , current page and page range , from where you can directly print the particular page range  from the document.

STEP 3 : After that you will see print setting which have options such as number of copies, colour , paper size etc .If you wish to change any of these you can change and then click Print.

STEP 4 : Now the printer starts printing the document . ( Keep the paper ready on printer before printing).

  

STEP 5 : If you wish to cancel the print you can cancel from the app . If you have not cancelled , your document will be printed within some seconds. You will see status successful in your application.

STEPS TO PRINT PHOTO :

STEP 1 : Click on print photo from the app.Then select the photo that you want to print then click Next .

STEP 2 :  Then click on print settings and choose the number of copies,  select colour , paper size and paper type.

STEP 3 : After completing the print settings Click on Print . Your printer starts printing photo .

STEP 4 : After successful print you will see successful print status in your phone .

STEPS TO SCAN DOCUMENTS : 

STEP 1: Keep the document in your printer that you want to print . Don't forget to close the printer top.

STEP 2: Then click on Scan Document from the app .

STEP 3 : Select the folder where you want to save the scanned document or you can create new folder . After selecting folder click on use this folder.

STEP 4 : After that you can change the scan settings such as Data format , document type, colour mode and document size.

STEP 5: Then click on Scan , now your printer starts scanning the document and show the preview of scanned document . Then click Scan , after successful scan your document will be saved to your selected folder.

IN THIS WAY YOU CAN PERFORM VARIOUS PRINTING TASK JUST FROM YOUR PHONE AND PRINTER .
